Lowercase emojis before checking Slack API #3

For instance, when visiting https://[cachet.dunkirk.sh/emojis/YAY/r](https://cachet.dunkirk.sh/emojis/YAY/r) you get an "emoji not found" error, which can be confusing as Slack finds it just fine. Would be great if this would happen to make things easier!
