Improve Warning Copy on Before You Begin Page

Overview

Bonnie identified the need for clarity on the "Before you begin" page. When asking the user to keep the browser open, we need to specify to keep the specific browser tab open, otherwise the user will lose all their work. This is meant to be a quick fix in order to implement Bonnie's feedback.
