    • HfLA glossary to list out all important terms, organized by role or practice
      • if any terms are missing, PMs may submit a form to propose adding a new global term
    • Each team will maintain a glossary with terms specific to the product
      • template to be made by Guides team for each team to implement their glossary
      • try to limit terms to those present on the following: product documentation, product communications, language present on the product itself

      • this label indicates that lead input is required before being given the ready for prioritization label
      • it is the lead's responsibility to address the ticket and then add ready for prioritization
