Issues with DB queries

Hey,

We use railtail to connect to an external database. It works great for queries with a small results set (~10 rows or less) but for larger results it becomes very slow (a query with 350 rows took ~6mins). I can see in the database that the query only takes 0.01s to execute and I don't have this issue at all locally when using Tailscale directly.

Any idea what could be causing this?
