working directory not working in wsl2

What happened

set WORKING DIRECTORY to /home/user/projectA
set STARTUP COMMAND to 'tail -f log/development.log'

after workspace launched, the working directory is /mnt/d/Apps/Tabby

tail: cannot open 'log/development.log' for reading: No such file or directory
tail: no files remaining
➜  Tabby pwd
/mnt/d/Apps/Tabby

Fixed in v0.2.4. WSL CWD now uses --cd arg injection instead of UNC paths.
