Usage of Kafka Connect

Logger is current using a layer made built with flask + python to allow service communications within logger.
As demand grows, this 'middleware' will not be prepared for the high demand. Confluent resources provides the usage of Kafka Connect, which allows Kafka to have its own endpoints instead leave it with another server.

Proprosal: Create the Kafka Connector so logger will be more prepared to deal with high requests volume.
