Usage: report.py [options]

Options:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -p *.png, --png=*.png
                        png image to annotate
  -g 0.46, --gap=0.46   The gap between gel lanes
  -n 12, --numlanes=12  
  -l LANENAMES, --legend=LANENAMES
                        lane names as csv
  -m 2.12, --margin=2.12
                        left hand margin
  -f, --flip            
  -t 6.7, --top_pos=6.7
                        lanelabel pos
  -r, --show_grid       overlay grid for planning layout
  -b BENCH_MARK_X, --bench_mark_x=BENCH_MARK_X
