Probably a minor detail, but it could be worth discussing briefly in the jupyter notebook and/or the main text of the paper how to find aliases for your protein of interest? Especially for someone using the pipeline who isn't super familiar with their protein or its evolutionary history, they might not realize that they're missing hits during their initial BLAST searches or when choosing sequences to "KEEP" in their .csv file because they didn't know their protein is referred to by different names throughout the literature, in different creatures, etc.
