[UI] When file upload fails, it should tell user the reason why it failed to upload [eg: Invalid file format, Exceeding the allowed size limit..]

As of now it is very confusing to understand why a certain upload fails from a user's perspective. Add a toast in UI that tells the reason for file upload failure as well.
