Alloy installations depending only on k8s secrets #376
Description
Currently, the solo-provisioner alloy cluster install command relies on an ESO ClusterSecretStore CR being properly configured and vault to be set up in order to work.
Let's loose that dependency by making Alloy installation happy as long as it can find the k8s secret entries containing the passwords for all the Prometheus and Loki remotes it wants to connect to.
