The Boundary Terrafrom Provider does not currently cleanup temporary KMS plugin assets created when invoking Boundary via the recovery KMS workflow.

We noticed the same thing, it keeps filling up our /tmp directory over time. It's not just the file assets that aren't cleaned up, we also notice a stray process (/tmp/2673717677/boundary-plugin-kms-transit-r6WBN ) that keeps running even after the terraform process has finished.
