Open whitelist sale

I've gotten everything right.. dapp working and everything

However after verification of contract, I cannot open whitelist sale, it gives me an error

I am able to un pause the contract on polygonscan, but not via the CLI?

I can do the close whitelist sale with no errors, but it never opens up

Any advice?
