iOS clients fails to connect after upgrade to iOS 16

Is anyone else having issues with the iOS client connecting to Bitwarden running on HA?

It's working fine from browsers on my desktop but neither my iPad or iPhone can connect ... both recently updated to iOS 16.

An old iPad mini is able to connect but it's still running iOS 15.

Safari on my iPad and iPhone also have issues connecting.

Interestingly the Bitwarden help site says that after Nov 16, 2022, Bitwarden clients will only suppprt self-hosted servers running 1.46.

I believe the current HA release is less than this.
