wic hash value has changed - corrects dotnet install error as well #184

Command: wmcloak install wic
ERROR:vmcloak:The dependency wic returned an error..

actual download of 64bit arch in line 26 - 2021/02/11:
"sha1":"da12927da6eb931a39e479d55c8b0321e8367f5e",
former:
"sha1": "4bdbf76a7bc96453306c893b4a7b2b8ae6127f67",

No displayed error message after correction of the hash value.

wic is a dependency for the installation of dotnet; this solves the thrown error as well:
ERROR:vmcloak:The dependency dotnet returned an error..
