Feature: Sticky Headers

Maybe it would be a usability improvement to make certain headers sticky, or rather follow the user as they scroll content.

One place this can be implemented immediately on is the Main Component: When the user scrolls down, the component holding the sorting toggles should follow along with it. Right now it will disappear out of view if the user scrolls down far enough, so if the user wanted to change how the data is sorted they would have scroll all the way back up to interact with the toggling button
