Ctrl/Cmd + A in tables and code blocks

User request:

> when you are inside the table and use the `CTRL +A` shortcut key instead of selecting all within the current cell, it selects the whole document

The same issue occurs in code blocks - `Cmd + A` selects all in document, not all content in the code block
