Docker image pulls may stop working on November 1st #4
Description
Issue description
We use unauthenticated pulls from Dockerhub on CircleCI.
https://www.docker.com/blog/scaling-docker-to-serve-millions-more-developers-network-egress/
This will break on November 1st.
We will need to either authenticate calls to docker, or move to ECR.
