When I ran the "ipr_content_klh_hodgkins" function from the "irpeat" package, I got a series of warning messages like
In (index.min - min(m, index.min - 1)):(index.min + min(m, ... :
numerical expression has 2 elements: only the first used
This is not very intuitive and I can only guess that two peaks (or troughs) in a specific range of wavenumbers were detected while only one of them was expected. The function eventually took the first peak for the subsequent analysis. Is it?
If this is the case, does it mean there is problem with the quality of my measurements? Is there anything I can do or should I worry about it?
Thank you very much.
Best,
Meng
