Missing License File? [is it GPLv3?] #115

Hi,
I'm considering to add usbkill to OS/1337's packages and would like to seek clarification re: the license.
I'd like to know if it's really GPLv3 licensed as hinted in the setup.py file, since there's neither a LICENSE nor COPYING file or anything that would've been picked up by GitHub automatically.
