It would be a good idea to make compatibility with older versions of Mssql since queries that use "Offset" give errors with Server side proccessing
As example:
[Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Sintaxis incorrecta cerca de 'OFFSET'.
