[Feature Request] Draggable drawer for mobile

A draggable drawer is common in mobile and it would be nice that heroUI's drawer supports it!

Describe the solution you'd like

A user able to close or adjust the drawer size(to full screen) by dragging something like the drawer of Google Maps (mobile)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe make use of https://github.com/emilkowalski/vaul ?

It be nice to have a dragElement to achieve the behaviour. But I just migrated away from Vaul because it's a nightmare on mobile (safari). When it contains inputs.
