[Accessibility/WCAG] Tab component: recommend changing default keyboardActivation to "manual" instead of "automatic"

Howdy — we're currently in the middle of an accessibility audit by Quality Logic with a project using HeroUI. We were dinged with a failure on WCAG "A", section 2.1.1 Keyboard.

They argued that the default behavior (i.e., "automatic") was unexpected per the spec (substituting "menu bar" for "drop-down").

To select a specific item within a drop-down list:

• Tab to the list box,
• use the arrow keys to move the focus to items,
• when an item has focus, press the Enter key or Space bar to select that item.

I don't have any strong feelings about it, but considering it's something I could see other folks running into, figured it was worth tossing it out there.
