Describe the bug

Having labelPlacement=outside makes NumberInput always decrease value when clicked on arrow

Your Example Website or App

Steps to Reproduce the Bug or Issue

  • Have label outside
  • click on "increase" arrow

Expected behavior

Arrow up increases value, down decreases value.

If you click slightly above "increase" arrow, it works. I guess the clickzone is somehow vertically shifter and the "decrease" arrow's zone overlaps "increase" arrow.
