jump screen selected itens

Hi,
Is it possible to jump this screen?

I would like that when the user clicks the save button on the item selection screen, it does not go through that screen. There is no need for him to confirm or view what he selected.

When you enter the MultSelecione screen, you see a home screen that includes the selected items and if you touch the screen, I enter the screen to choose and mark the items.

What I would like is for MultiSelection to go directly to the screen of your choice with the checkbox; when you leave, it does not show the screen of the selected items. I would not like to see the first screen at any time.

Also not a scroll when we mark a lot of items. As you can see on the screen below, there was an overflow.
I´d like never to show this screen below.Thanks
