We should test and make sure that each request charges the correct amount in fees. See https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1VEqWx6gER0Af0X9l_tTpftQDIco5yG4GxvtYuCMCvaQ/edit?pli=1&gid=1765229416#gid=1765229416 for the expected fees for each test
