Why do you need it?

为了避免因上传不正确的证书数据导致 HTTPS 路由无法正常生效的问题，证书管理后端 API 建议增加证书校验功能，主要校验点有：

  1. 私钥与证书相匹配
  2. 证书链完整，无缺失

我对这个任务很感兴趣，还需要做吗，不过考虑到使用者使用自签名证书和私钥测试，验证证书链就显得没有必要了
