System Error 1813 at start #39

tested in latest version of the app and WIndows 11 Pro
at start of the app the error in the screenshot below
the app opening even the error and work properly if launched with admin privileges
but wont refresh himself, need press F5 for refresh
anyway very good de-uglify app and good improvements in confront with the default one by Microsoft
