Error for Excel doc with space between annotations

Describe the bug
Tanya asked me in our meeting to send this issue over. When uploading an Excel doc with annotations, an error message is received when there is a space between columns. Note in column 5 there is no info, and the below error message is received.

Tanya asked that there be a formatting error in AA and not a general GitHub error message. See notes in "AWE Meeting Agenda" for more information.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to add annotations
2. Click on add
3. Configure all columns
4. Process
5. See error
