Index terms still on project after all files deleted #284

I deleted all the files and annotation layers from this project, and most of the index terms are also gone, but some ghost index terms remain:
https://tanyaclement.github.io/harvard1953/term_index

They all seem to be derived from the same page but I deleted that annotation file and layers:
https://github.com/tanyaclement/harvard1953/tree/gh-pages/_terms

Interesting! I went into the manifest for that page to update the timing on the file (through the dashboard) and the ghost index terms went away!
