Create an AU Core+ test kit that encompasses SHALL, SHOULD, and MAY tests aligned with the AU Core FHIR IG CI builds.

Given that Inferno is a tool supporting the implementer community in building FHIR capability, providing a test kit that includes MAY tests referenced in the FHIR IG seems valuable. Additionally, as the foundational work on the generator has already been completed, the effort required to provide this test kit is expected to be minimal.
