현재는 환자 발생지역에서 한번만 위치정보를 받아 저장하고있음.

하지만 더 효율적인 로직을 위해서는 구급대원의 이동에 맞춰 위치정보를 받아야함.
(즉 실시간으로 위치정보를 받아야함)

-> mongo db에 저장하여
