Create front-end application for WP dashboard

Now connections work stable.
But still there's no availability to manage them by dashboard.

We need a front-end application (FEA) to create connections for existing WPC-clients.
FEA should be aware about existing clients, it might be done by means wpConnections/client/inited hook.

AC: WP user, when editing a post (or any CPT entity), sees all the clients that relate to the CPT, and is able to manage connections for all of them: create, update (including meta data), reorder or delete.
