FR: add option to swipe/scroll view badges horizontally

having more than a few view badges quickly causes the main section of the view to shift down rather a lot, especially so on mobile devices.

having a single toggle option to set the badges to remain on 1 line and scroll could fix that.

up to 2025.2.x we were able to use card-mod to hack into that, see this community discussion.

However, 2025.3 (now in beta) seems to have prevented that from functioning. This would be a good time to consider adding that particular functionality into Core Dashboard, given the enhanced user experience it provides.
