Support Request: Add Opal Ice Maker Support

I installed the plugin and everything seems to login fine, but I get a log message that our Opal Nugget Ice Maker is not a supported device type. It would be nice to get that added to the plugin so I can control it from the Home app.

What would you like to display in Homebridge if I can get it to work?

Here’s a picture of what the GE App can support on it. I think if there was a way to turn it on and off and control the light that would be good. I haven’t actually used the make fresh ice button as we normally make a batch and then stick it in the freezer to use as needed. I’m assuming the normal Home app support for showing if it’s on or off by the icon would be sufficient as well.

Ideally the plug in would expose the devices current status as sensors in the home app.

The app will show the devices current state, like "Ice Bin full" or "Add Water" or "Clean"

Controlling the device's on/off with a schedule or automation, "turn on when..."

Knowing when the device is on/off or the user needs to do something like add water or put through a cleaning cycle.

LMK if I can assist in development/testing.

Thanks I am working on converting a module that is currently written in python to typescript which this plugin will interact with instead of writing it in the plugin itself. If anyone can help, let me know

@donavanbecker I have some time. I'd need to be onboarded to the coding languages, if you have a resource I can review, I can get up to speed.

Did you gain access to the SmartHQ API documentation? If you have API resources, I need to refresh my POSTMAN knowledge.

If you have 30 minutes to onboard me to this project and send me in the right direction, I'll see what I can get done.

Working on it, getting an error in the onboarding process for the server. "Get Role" interaction failed. I'll keep trying.

I'll let you know when I'm official on discord, IDK how long that error will take to clear.

If you have links to coding resources I can warm up on, that would be awesome. Anything you already know about the Opal, and SmartHQ's API would be create to take in as well.

Be prepared for stupid questions, I'm a novice, with some experience in SQL, Database, Flutter development. Some light use of Github, so everything won't be obvious for me.
