[Feature] Context.req.autoBody() helper

It would be very convenient to have such a method, which will simply be a wrapper over json() and parseBody() and, depending on the header Content-Type, will automatically call the correct method.

Of course, I can write it myself in the code, but the helper is about ease of use.
