System resources required for successfull compilation

All of a sudden when validating the build on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS inside VM I hit the OOM:

Thus, I was thinking to add some tech info about minimal RAM/Disk requirements for building process...
Right now I have got 2 GB RAM in VM but seems it's not enough :)

Possible fix:

add line

target_link_libraries(${PROJECT_NAME} pthread)

into
XELFViewer/gui_source/CMakeLists.txt

but is it the right place for this fix?... @horsicq
