[FEATURE] : Track task status in DB #211

Plan is to track each task info in DB to fulfill stats request.

Proposal :

Table name : tasks

Schema :

ID, status, queue, filename, format, user, size, timestamp, country

Run this DB update on pre- and post-task signal
