The code that generates the lesson list on the page can do this, with the participation of the target site, and assuming that the site is on github. The relevant code is here
It's a matter of adding more organizations to that search operation.
If we don't want to use the existing search infrastructure (to avoid requiring remote sites to add tags in order to be listed), then we'd have to build some new infrastructure that works differently. A broader search with a clever filter is one possibility.

In the coordination repo, there's an issue where a number of interesting resources have been identified that could be linked to from the website.
This issue is for discussion and possibly implementation of the links in the site.
