Task	Allotted Time	Outcomes
Develop storyboard	30 mins.	We need to emphasize some of our technology during the demonstration (e.g. one-shot action recognition, visual servoing, bimanual manipulation).
Anticipate risks (Process Decision Program Chart)	30 mins	See figure below. We need to follow up with task dependencies and populating the project board with issues to work on.
Generate new ideas	20 mins	Skipped this task due to lack of time. Probably not necessary for this demo due to time constraints.
Categorize tasks (Affinity Diagram)	10 mins.	Not necessary; tasks are naturally categorised in the PDPC (see diagram below)
Determine dependencies	10 mins.	Skipped due to lack of time. To follow up during next meeting.
