Add a weekly reminder for Hackerspace events #11

Allow Spotty Kiwi to send a weekly reminder (on Saturday or Sunday to the #general channel) about all the Hackerspace events in the upcoming month.

We can use either Meetup.com or Hackerspace Google Calendar as a source of events.
