Scaphandre reports an error about the process group affinity, on Windows 11 23H2 Family
scaphandre::sensors::msr_rapl: Could'nt get process group affinity
scaphandre::sensors::msr_rapl: Error was : WIN32_ERROR(998)
To Reproduce
On the same Windows 11 version:
- compilation of windows-rapl-driver with Visual Studio 2022 (following the project's readme)
- build scaphandre in debug mode, with cargo (following scaphandre doc)
- install the driver manually (apply test mode, reboot, DriverLoader.exe install
- the driver appears to work properly in driverquery
- run scaphandre stdout
It still gives power data, but the error is confusing.
Expected behavior
Silence this error if this is not actually impacting the user. If it is, this is a bug.
