Another installation issue for Blender 4.3.2

Hi There, I am trying to install Meshgen for Cuda (Cuda toolkit 12.1 on a Windows 11 system) and am getting an error message:

cannot import name 'imaging' from 'PIL' (C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\4.3\scripts\addons\modules\PIL_init.py)

The addon is getting installed, but can't be activated in Blender.

Any help appreciated

Why can't meshgen not find the gguf model?
