Solis-service deleting ticket requests for api access

I emailed eu-support , they set me up a support account , my installation was successfully migrated to solis-cloud.

I even signed an nda that I was sent

However twice now I have raised a ticket of type api-access, in both cases the ticket was silently deleted

What are other peoples experiences?

I have been impressed with ginlomg over the last few years

Hi,

I am trying to get setup and have been sent the NDA before they will provide me with the portal key and secret. I have "paused" as quite frankly I wasn't expecting to need to sign an NDA to get access to stats data.

I would equally be interested to hear if anyone else has had the same troubles you have getting setup though!

Hi I signed the nda a several weeks ago. An api key menu is supposed to appear on the portal . I still don’t have it, and have chased once already Stuart

I did not get any response on my ticket to request an API for 8 days.
I just reached out to NL customer service and they told me the following:

They have found a leak in the API interface for solis cloud, where somebody with an API key could obtain data/information from any Solis site if they specify the siteID (also siteid's from random customers).
Because of this, they are no longer providing API keys at this moment, and will not generate new ones per ticket requests.
They are working on resolving the issue, and will be providing the API key/token in your personal profile on the portal once the issues have been resolved.

@LucidityCrash @hultenvp do you know anything about this? or have you heard something similar before?

Nevermind, I just noticed in the topic above (Beta: SolisCloud) that there is now an API link in the portal:
https://www.soliscloud.com/#/apiManage

This managed to do the trick for me :-)

The plantid is in the solis cloud url after you selected your plant

I noticed the Solis-related sensors in HA stopped working yesterday. Upon investigation, I noticed my API access on SolisCloud.com got removed, and I cannot apply for it anymore using the URL above. I get a "No authority" response on the website after clicking "Agree and activate" on the Data Transfer Disclaimer. Is anyone else noticing this as well? Any recommendation?

My account was still showing API access, but cannot discover any of the sensors, getting timeouts. I'm thinking from the error messages, they may have changed the names or IDs of the sensors/components in the latest update?

I have exactly the same issue as @PlutonicCloud. My API has been disabled by solis, and I cannot re-enable it as it gives the error "no authority".
The API request link is also removed from the profile page, and is made hidden again - as it was 4 months ago.

I created a ticket to solis to ask what is going on.

"Currently the service is suspended pending the release of the new platform version, expected in Q1 2023."

Applied 2 days ago just got a reply successfully signed in and got my API access. So I guess they are all up and running again
