Hi, I am trying to get setup and have been sent the NDA before they will provide me with the portal key and secret. I have "paused" as quite frankly I wasn't expecting to need to sign an NDA to get access to stats data. I would equally be interested to hear if anyone else has had the same troubles you have getting setup though! Cheers, Jon. |

I signed the nda a several weeks ago.
An api key menu is supposed to appear on the portal . I still don’t have it, and have chased once already

I did not get any response on my ticket to request an API for 8 days. They have found a leak in the API interface for solis cloud, where somebody with an API key could obtain data/information from any Solis site if they specify the siteID (also siteid's from random customers). @LucidityCrash @hultenvp do you know anything about this? or have you heard something similar before? |

I can’t find a numerical plantid - just the name I called the plant
Probably being dumb

Hi
I emailed eu-support , they set me up a support account , my installation was successfully migrated to solis-cloud.
I even signed an nda that I was sent
However twice now I have raised a ticket of type api-access, in both cases the ticket was silently deleted
What are other peoples experiences?
I have been impressed with ginlomg over the last few years
