configuration.yaml example? cannot add this device via UI

Hi. When i try to add the solis integration i got "This device cannot be added from the UI. You can add this device by adding it to your 'configuration.yaml'. See the documentation for more information." I have run the testscript and that works like a charm but how can i add this manually in de configuration.yaml file?

something like?

  - platform: solis
    name: "My Solis Inverter"
    plant_ids: "19digitvalue"

Hi @juggler11, Not sure if still relevant but yes you can. It's not supposed to be used anymore but the yaml import is still there.

    name: "SolisCloud"
    portal_domain: "www.soliscloud.com:13333"
    portal_username: "yourusername"
    portal_key_id: "xxxx"
    portal_secret: "yyy"
    portal_plant_id: "zzz"

Should work. Username was needed in yaml, not in UI flow. Not sure anymore if it will import correctly without, so better to keep it in.

I'm however interested to learn why you cannot use the UI flow as there's no particular reason it should not work.
