Metadata for later ingestion of missing MAL bibliography

Due to time constraints it was not possible to prepare the ingestion of the missing MAL bibliography. A metadata file has therefore been created that will structure and prepare the missing data for ingestion at a later date.

Below is also included the metadata master file that contains all connections that should be made between MAL bibliography and datasets (some of these reports are not directly related to the data itself and might be studies of the site or larger studies and will be placed in tbl_site_references)
