Dialogues, sheet, hover card not working on Vercel but working on localhost

I tried posting to Vercel but haven't heard back so I figured I'd throw this out here as well to see if anyone had thoughts.

I am building a SvelteKit website using shadcn-svelte. On my local server, dialogues and popovers work fine, but once deployed to Vercel, they stop functioning. An example is the "Get Involved" hover card on the main navigation, which should display a submenu but doesn't.

Another example is on the team section of the about page, where clicking "Read bio" for the first 2 team members should open a modal dialogue, but it fails to do so.

A third example is the hamburger menu which is using the sheet component to slide in.
