Describe the feature

Supporting the tailwind prefix option from https://ui.shadcn.com/docs/components-json#tailwindprefix would improve ease of adoption since the tailwind namespace can sometimes clash with other libraries and codebases.

I am trying to build a set of custom elements using Svelte and shadcn/ui, to include in an existing site which makes use of Bootstrap classes. The possibility to prefix Tailwind selectors would be really nice!
