multiple selection of a cell and value selection

Maybe we can factorize a bit of work allowing the use of a value for all the selected cells.
If they select all the female counts (for the sex category), it could be good to allow a value selection for all at the same time instead of having to select it for each cell.

Can be linked to the #80.
Depending on the chosen property and its type, it could be possible to select by default an option for mapping values.
In the store mapping popup, on top of the list, it could be interesting to have this general option; if the type is a personCount (or householdCount...), the "select cell value" would be selected by default, else the "Adopt the value for all selected cells" would then be selected.

I don't think it is a good idea, because we would have to hard-code it for every property. Let's discuss it in the scrum.
