When hxlating a spreadsheet with the following content the URI is not build completely with all available properties.

PopType People Location Origin Nationality Source1 Method
IDP 1000 Kidal Mali Mali Government Household reg.

Following the population pattern (http://hxl.humanitarianresponse.info/data/populations/country/pcode/nationality/origin/sex/agegroup), we should have:
http://hxl.humanitarianresponse.info/data/internallydisplacedpopulations/mli/MLI004/mli/mli
instead we have:
http://hxl.humanitarianresponse.info/data/internallydisplacedpopulations/mli/MLI004
