Re-run Pinte and Pascucci benchmarks

Following #230 which updated the bit-level reference files, we should find and re-run the Pinte and Pascucci benchmarks to make sure that the results are still in agreement with the benchmarks.

The benchmarks are in the following (currently private) repositories:

I will tidy up these repositories and make them public shortly.
